Video came in handy. I just replaced a mirror and after completing the job the outer LED light flickers constantly. Is there a calibration step necessary, faulty replacement mirror, or something else I'm missing that would cause this?

I have blind spot,heated mirror but I want to put a mirror with also a signal light and I’m wandering if the mirrors have the same plug and play or have to add a harness to make the signal lights work.?
