Maybe you don't need it, but... I saw two reasons for the jamming of the 750 W (Sigma1) motor. 1. Two wires to the motor (phase) are shorted - slows down. I had this in the socket. 2. We disassemble and clean the metal shavings on the rotor. Namely, it is on a magnet. We use plasticine, chewing gum, etc. At the same time, it is undesirable for the stator to be without a rotor for a long time - it is desirable to insert at least a metal tube at that time, or (quickly clean the rotor and return it to its place). I disassembled several pieces - they all spin. I did not put them on the machine, but I will calibrate them (encoder). Sorry for the bad language (through the translator).

Calibrate the encoder using a dual-beam oscilloscope. In short, the corresponding phase of the supply at the first input of the oscilloscope, and on the second - Z. This is if you did not mix up the phases and the shaft did not move much, otherwise you need to turn 120 degrees and catch the approximate position to find the correspondence of the encoder phases with the motor phases. Then, using a drill (not quickly), turn the rotor and precisely install the encoder. Two signals with a phase shift of 90 degrees must coincide. I'm writing from memory, maybe I'm a little wrong. If necessary - I will find the records - I will clarify. Sorry for my language - I am writing through a translator.
