This video shows you how to install an engine oil pan on your 1997-2003 Ford F-150. The oil pan holds engine oil to be pumped up to the engine. A leaky or damaged oil pan will lead to low oil levels, or no oil at all, which can cause major damage to your vehicle's engine.

Not sure it makes much sense to prime a sideways-mounted oil filter, but an A for effort!

In the Ford manual, it says to use a 3 point engine support bracket, but clearly you didn't need to, or did you but forgot to mention that? I need to drop my 99 F250 5.4 oil pan and would like to avoid having to buy the engine support bracket if I don't need to.

I did my oil pan gasket like you showed and put sealant on 4 corners and pan still leaking in the front of oil pan how do i stop the leak

All the bolts around my drain pan are 10mm. Not 13.
