I work in construction & haven’t broken my screen yet!!! The first thing i bought was a clear soft plastic case with a side “button” i never wear the sense without a case at work!!! Same with my phone! And anything else i want to keep for a long time!!!😄 The sense battery & algorithms are amazing!!! I wear it to bed and use the sense : alarms, clock, timers, QR codes, Alexa, wallet, barcodes, tracker…. … this thing offers alot !!!! 👌👌👌😃

Great Video. I replaced mine because of your instructions. I would recommend anyone trying this, when installing the new screen, install the pay cable (longer, thinner one) first. Then the display cable. It make it easier. Not much detail in this video about connecting either. They are finicky. My cables were trial and error before I got them seated corrrectly.

I actually just needed to figure out what kind of glue to get because whoever put the screen on mine apparently didn't put enough glue to keep the screen face on, I was sitting in the doctor's office one day looked down to go check my pulse as I have a chronic illness, the face was hanging off of mine legit just needs glued back in place thank you for the vid 😂

Sometimes the screen isn't plugged in properly. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Called the Fit Bit Company and was told that it is not covered under any warranty. I should of canceled the chard but thought that was more hassle. Now i am stuck with a Brand New Fitbit with a broken screen. I should have brought the Apple Watch. Byers remorse!!!!

The unreasonably high cost of the replacement screen mixed with the potential of further damaging the device makes this a somewhat questionable tutorial. It's almost as expensive as buying a new one. I opted to contact the Fitbit support as my screen lost its touch ability, and though it took some back and forth over 2 hours, they offered me the same device free of charge. (My device was 1.5 years old, so still within warranty.)

Thats interesting because I just contacted Fitbit about my screen. It got scratched somehow and they said the screen couldnt be replaced. I have the versa 3 and they dont make that device anymore :(
