Dude I finally found someone who likes the blasts. I currently have a M2 but want a blast for around town. Plus I like watching these videos you’ve been making overall. Keep it up!!! Do you run a Instagram as well?

Daniel Weiss most definitely! The only concern i have is the stay moving thing since the wind cools everything lol

@@crazzymonky being still with an air cooled engine isnt that bad. I've never had a problem in heavy traffic or letting it idle for a long time. from my experience they are pretty resilient.

Looking back on these videos it's a shame to see how the blast turned out even after all the work you put into them. I watch your videos from time to time to get info on certain parts that I need to replace or fix on mine, even if your video isn't about said part, like how you took off the headlight brackets, I need to fix mine.(they're horribly bent and getting new ones is out of the question rn) In any case, thank you for the videos and keep up the great work!

How old was the bike when you did this, how many miles were on it, and was the fork oil truly in need of being changed?
@Dice_weiss Жыл бұрын
Bike is an 01. I believe about 16k miles. Honestly, probably not but, the forks felt kind of soft and squishy so I figured it couldn't hurt. These would benefit from some upgraded springs though!

I believe a 7.5w oil but I don't recall what I did specifically.

@@Dice_weiss thank you I’ll be getting mine ready that’s been sitting at my grandparents for about 8 years and I need to go through and redo some things before I ride it. I will be getting my license next month and it will be my first motorcycle. I have dirt bikes but I’m now old enough for a motorcycle.

He uses ATF in this video. The manual calls for Fork Oil Type "E". Online forums tell you to use a 7.5 w fork oil. I recommend a Japanese brand as they're weight ratings are actually consistent. Also, go with full synthetic.
