Nice vid, thanks one thing I think you may have wanted to mention is that when depressing the caliper pistons there will most likely be some brake fluid coming out of the master cylinder or there may not.

I had quite a bit of corrosion on the parts of my pads and clips they move with, which caused them to get stuck! The rotor was so hot I couldnt touch it. Some of those bolts have loctite. I had to use a torch to heat the bolt and melt the loctite to break them loose. We shall see if I need a new rotor or not, however i'm willing to bet keeping them clean and greased results in a smoother ride with better fuel economy.

I did all 4 rotors and all new pads. And 2 of then are squeeking when I touch the brakes. Starting to see burn marks. What did I do wrong?

This should have been done from the start, but wasn't... You should open the top of the brake fluid reservoir before you push the pistons back into the caliper.. (1). it will go in easier.. (2). You wont blow the lid or even damage a brake line from the pressure.. Please look @6:18. If you have some brake fluid spill from the brake master cylinder, its ok.. Just clean and make sure you top it off when your done.. (3). DON'T FORGET TO CLOSE THE LID AND PUMP THE BRAKES TILL THEY ARE FIRM BEFORE HITTING THE ROAD!!! OK GOOD LUCK!! HOPEFULLY THIS INFO HELPS YOU OUT FOLKS!!

Piss poor job . Just did mine today the right way cleaning the corrosion off with wire wheel where needed ,anti seize where necessary and cleaned caliper bracket bolts then reinstalled with loctite. Also used the extreme duty black coated rotors along with extreme duty semi metallic pads

1A Auto Parts I have a 2002 Chevy 2500 3/4 ton 4.3 v6, 6 lug wheels, brake change is not quite the same as this vehicle...where can I find instructions for that vehiclr?
