great video on what not to do. Using the van jack with no jack sand is really asking for trouble. Also get control of the camera . Also specify the torque settings on the wheel bearings with the load specs.Torque settings on caliper bolts and wheel studs. Have medical team standing by for hospital transport.

Paul, I did this job today and was not able to fit my caliper back on the rotor due to the tolerances on my new outboard pads. I compressed my caliper piston all the way with a C-clamp. There was not a clearance issue with the piston, and there was not a problem getting the pads inside of the caliper. There was also not a problem getting the caliper to sit on the rotor with the new pads....The issue is that when the caliper is resting on the rotor, I was not able to line up the area where the bolts thread into the caliper. It looked like there was about 1/4 inch of material that would have to be shaved off of the outboard pad in order to make it fit. Any advice would be great.

Did the new rotors come with pre-installed races for the bearings or did you need to press them in?

Is there only one bearing that you take out and put in

Thanks for the video but. USE safety stand or bricks or SOMETHING in case that mickey mouse jack fails. PLEASE clean and regrease or replace the bearings. Use proper terminology and know what size tools you're using so beginners know.

Do NOT use bricks to hold a vehicle up. They can crack and break apart while under a load like that. Use a proper metal jack stand - I use a pair of 6-ton stands when working on my Savana 3500 XLWB.
