I'm surprised you did not mention anything about inspecting the rotors. Especially if a caliper it's not working properly and the inner shoe is more worn than the outer it can actually create grooves in the back of the rotor. Also this rotor appears to be very glazed and should at least be turned to clean it up or other methods to resurface the rotor.

need to add antiseeze to the back of the pads. Add grease the slide bolts and to the end of the pads. Do a brake in on pads.

Did you try using a c-clamp? If so, make sure you have it aligned straight. If it’s slightly crooked it won’t move

Quick tip to any mechanic who dont know.... Before you clap the caliper you should always take the brake fluid cap off to release the air pressure

Not sure what you mean by clapping the caliper, however there is no air pressure in a hydraulic system whatsoever. Also you should never leave the cap off of your master cylinder for any length of time. Brake fluid is hygroscopic and will draw moisture out of the air. This lowers the boiling point of your fluid and also can be a source of corrosion. If you want to release pressure to make it easier and safer to compress the caliper you should put pressure on it and release the brake bleeder screw which will cause the fluid inside the caliper to squirt out the bleeder screw.

How long you been using brakes from eBay and do you have an specific seller you always go to?
@PhillipsVision

Erick Zepeda actually this is the first time I bought brakes on eBay. Normally I get them from Advance Auto or Autozone. With all this COVID19 quarantine crap I figured I would order them and have them delivered, also found a good deal on a brake/rotor bundle. I just searched it out and looked for decent quality.
