This video shows you how to replace the lock actuator so that you don’t need to purchase an entire latch assembly in your 1994-1997 Honda Accord. Power door lock systems typically use some sort of actuated motor to drive the lock mechanism. If the actuator breaks, then the door lock will no longer operate electronically.
This repair was done on a 1995 Honda Accord LX 2.2L Sedan 4-Door FWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
