Great video, consider adding a link to the V6 mount in description as well since the RnR process is essentially the same.

@@1AAuto if you guys wanna do the video I just got through it by using a 17mm FLEX head 6POINT(not 12 point) wrench to get the top bolt of the rear mount from the passenger side wheel well. The rest of the instructions are exactly the same as per replacing the front mount

Hi, I was wondering if you have encountered this and would like to get some suggestions. I recently have replaced passenger axle, control arm and sway bar links for my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD. I can hear a single clunk only when I accelerate from a stop. I am not sure why but I am clueless as of now. My next guess are the engine / transmission mount but my engine doesn't move as much as what's on the video. I replaced the rotor / brake pads about 6 months ago and brake system looks good to me. Thank you

Just so you know, any mechanic that would charge $300 labor for a motor mount replacement is a crook, that is like 3.5 hours labor, this is a one hour labor job.

I have a 2002 Toyota camry and my brake pedal is vibrating at idle. Don't know if it the motor mounts or not.
@phantomshtter7 жыл бұрын
So check em.
@hesh28923 жыл бұрын
Have read that if the engine does not vibrate on neutral but vibrates on drive idle , then its the motor mount

I would not recommend jacking up the engine from the oil pan. it is hollow and the jack can tear right into that sucker and make a huge mess
