A quicker way to do this is to remove the turn signal housings, then disconnect the side marker bulbs from housing, THEN unbolt the grill. The headlights are mounted to the car itself so they dont need to come off with the grill.

Thank you for your videos they are very helpful. I am surprised that when you had the headlights, signal lights and marker lights rermoved from the grill you didn't detailthem , or suggest that they be detailed , and wipe the dust of the marker light bulbs. Its a lot easier to detail parts when they are off the vehicle.

Getting the bottom retaining pins, clips or trees (whatever you want to call them) back in is the issue. I am sure that the bumper was not on the truck yet at the factory in order to put them in. I'll add more when I get them back in.

My 1990 GMC Sierra has the single headlight grille, and I would like to upgrade to the slim quad head light design. Do you have an electrical connector kit to do this change over? I believe the grille should go right in place. Any help will be greatly appreciated. God Bless.

+Kurloz Soriano: the Headlights and parking lights are all the same between the two trucks. The 4 side markers are different though, so you will have to get GMC or Chevy specific side markers. 88-93 and 94-00 Chevy side markers are very different, non-interchangeable, same goes to GMC, IIRC. +Brenden Swiader IIRC, I think they are just license plate mount squares for your license plate. Like $4 to replace for a 4 pack at AutoZone. Hope this helps you, I think I need to replace mine as well.

Might ah been to lighten the 'grill' weight for extraction, less pressure on the lower clips. Notice the leaves behind the drivers side headlight assembly are same as seen within the, 'remove/replace your headlights' vid. LoL
