For anyone wondering that rotor is backwards. Its supposed to be on the other side

For anyone struggling to take the top of the ball joint bolt off, you are not alone. start by removing the axle and try to get an impact on that top bolt to see if you're able to remove before you separate from the joint. If not, you can try vice grips like they did in the video but many vice grips will not be able to hold the shaft very well. Your last ditch effort is going to be to use a hacksaw or Sawall and cut the bolt.

Good video. I have used an scissor extractor with an impact wrench and destroy extractor. Any idea to unlock this lower ball joint? Thanks.

I have a mk5 rabbit, the axle bolts I have in there are 27mm 6point.. would there be any reason why I have different bolts?? Been replaced?? I was expecting the 24mm 12 point… I have the exact same setup for suspension

Why would you use the torque wrench after it clicks to turn it another 90⁰??? Good way to kill the spring in the torque wrench

What if one of the 3 bolts is spinning and the nut won't come off?

You need to hold the back of the bolt with a Vice grip. Easier said then done tho, you might wanna file the bolts down a bit too to give you a flat spot to grip too
