You torque the axle nut to 97 or 118? To me it seems u torqued the same nut twice with two different numbers??

Will wire brush disc's work just as well in place of sanding disks? Also don't have a impact wrench or air compressor. Going the breaker bar mapp gas route. Bolts are rusted in, bought it, its from Ohio.
