The axle nut on my 05 Sienna is a 30mm 12 point, not the 32mm 6 point you have. I wonder when they changed it or if that's an aftermarket nut. It's not a huge issue, but anyone else doing this job might need a different axle nut socket.

Nicely done. My 2004 Sienna is making a humming sound, and I can feel the vibrations on the gas pedal and the steering wheel. Its vey noticeable while driving on the highway. When I park the van, the driver side rim feels hot, and the disk rotor feels super hot and smells like hot metal. I poured a little bit of water and it immediately vaporizes!!!! Thats not normal. I had, at the mechanics advice, replaced the disks and calipers, but it still doing the same thing. Im thinking the wheel hub is going bad. Whats your opinion? Thanks.

650-1000 bucks is going rate so if you can do it saving 300-500 will buy the tools plus!!

Check w/ any of the auto parts stores regarding renting the tools you need. They rent them for free.

if 1 of the lug stud or bolt is broken, is it possible to just replace the lug stud or the entire hub and bearing? I saw you pulling the hub also pulled out part of the bearing. I also see lug studs are sold on Amazon

Is this the same for Toyota Sienna 2013? I couldn't remove the bearing completely. Looks like part of it belongs to the steering knuckle as 1 piece. I don't like the way the cotter pin was installed. Pushing it in too much will make it difficult to remove later when needed.

Nice video Luv to see ur video I just had Amigo install new CV axle and wheel bearings on my 2005 Sienna. I just got this part of 170k miles no noises before. Now after putting all factory … by local Amigo shop now I hear all sounds on sharp turns on high speed I hear roar or hum noise. Don’t know what he did I m saddened any idea bro

Great video....Didnt see you tighten the locknut on the tirerod that you loosened earlier. The alignment tech will hopefully catch that.

Please lubricate the mating surfaces of the bearing and knuckle. It allows for a smoother travel when pressing.

Yes, it will make a wow wow wow noise that will increase with vehicle speed. The noise may increase/decrease when turning. I get to put a pair in my '09 Sienna with 194K miles.

i think should spraying chemicals fluids rust twister remover to help us easily get those rusted nuts, bolts, brake disc and press bearing instead u spinning impact so fast without lubrication

Shop was supposed to do this but bought a hub/spindle bearing assembly and installed it for 665$ 😑 i coulda done that myself
