I have ineo 423 and the fuser get paper jam, I did not figure out why? I opened the fuser and I found small paper I cleaned it and I reassemble back but still the paper appeared I did not find any solution on you tube then I suggested my client to replace the whole fuser unit

You should have cleaned the unit thoroughly and installed a new teflon.
