No YT video found for : What if the key is lost and key lock barrel component is housed separately such that when the top cover four screws are removed, the key lock barrel component is residing in a separate compartment housed in plastic cover adjacent to the main plastic casing? And battery is slided into the battery holder bracket of the ebike?

probably violate the mounting base, then remove the battery, replace a new key lock and buy a new mounting base
