It seems like these links are incorrect. I have just changed mine on MK7. Its H4 bulbs (not H7). You can even see in the video it's H4 (three pins at the back).

Gud vid pal... For those who have the lower fog/spot lamps & need to change the bulbs.... Just pop out the headlamp as in this vid & access to the lower lamps is very easy from above....

thanks, was just trying to make space on the opposite side trying to access in front of the air filter ! DOH I never imagined those two screws would be the answer to all the access problems. They actually designed a truck with accessible bulbs. Thankls again!

what about the smaller bulbs top left and top right?

Same procedure on the ns headlamp but they sit at the top , on the drivers side you can replace them without removing the headlamp as there’s more room 👌

Ahh that is how you do it lol. On the other cars I have had you had to reach in at horribly tight places to get it done. On the 2012 Transit I saw that would be pretty much impossible...
