Why do you need to cutoff the terminals ? Ypu can desolder the pads from the bms board itself 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

So the new terminals can be spot welded on to the existing ones

@@ketanmorajker Apple spot welds the cell to the bms. I don't think you can desolder spot welding with a soldering iron. I have done a cell only replacement on an older iPhone and it's better just to cut it.
