You probably broke the LCD unfortunately. They are very fragile... You'll need to replace the screen assembly :/

Nope, unless you are replacing with an original battery. Otherwise you need to solder the battery pcb.

That is defintely not how you place the new adhesive... Use the entire strip so if you need to replace again you can pull the tabs.

To open the device you need a suction cup, screwdrivers (Philips, flat, pentalobe, etc and a some pry tools. Also good to have a heat mat. These tools will be fine to take out the battery too.

You should keep the screen assembly at an angle under 45 degrees, otherwise you risk breaking the LCD. Those cables are very fragile... Unfortunately for people watching this I'm sure some of them will break their LCD because you don't mention that anywhere and you definitely exceed the 45-degree angle in your video...

This guy is making inexperienced people do more work than is neccessary. Just open the screen,if you dont have a hot pad warm up with a hair dryer and if the cheap plastic plectrum style pry pieces dont get the screen out run around the screen with the thinnest sharp knife you have. Then pull the screen out while hotwith the suction plugs pullers. Then prop the screen up against something heavy at 50degs angle or so.Then remove the plug shield on the left side of the main body of the phone. Then heat up the battery with a hair dryer and prise the battery out easier and reassembly. Lot of wasted time in this video, i just wanted to know where the battery connection plug is, i've changed my battery with my method and its working.

That is not how you put the battery adhesive on... how do you undo it if you have no adhesive tips at the top of the battery.... you don't seem to know what you are doing. This is bad for a company that sells batteries with their own brand name... I was going to buy your battery for my iphone but after watching this video i have second thought...

Yes all non genuine replacement get the error code which you can control from settings. Otherwise you can remove the battery board and solder it to the new one. It all depend on the end user. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

This is useless if you don't remove the BMS from the original battery and install it in the new battery, you also need a small PCB board to be able to modify the information of the battery. do not try this without experience.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, you are correct. But only if the battery health is needed and it is not straight forward. You need tools for that.
