Thanks for the guide video on how to open PS portal. In my case I needed to open my portal. Because my left analog stick is always on weird sensation whenever I rotated. And the reason was some of the manufacturers didn’t screw the bolts properly which is the reason it makes some slightly resistant when I rotated analog stick and also made some weird sounds. After some adjustments the analog stick rotates as smooth as possible. 😊

This helped me a lot! For me my left analog stick wasn’t registering up and down but taking it apart and moving/cleaning the area made it work again

thank you! my sticks started jumping/grinding when i pressed up and down, which was a sign the sticks were too big for the stickbox itself. followed this guide to disassemble and wrapped some kapton tape around the stickbox, reassembled, good as new.

So I got the part and replaced it but it feels like it’s very rough now it’s working fine but doesn’t feel like the analog is moving around smooth I found that the two holes didn’t line up and could only get one screw in. Any advice on how I can fix ?
