Off the topic, I use a Dell latitude 5590, I have forgotten the admin password and the laptop is experiencing boot loop. It seems the bios is the issue but I can't move ahead because of the admin password. What can I do to resolve this?

Off topic. What's the cause of a laptop with extreme lag to the point where clicking app icons, start menu, file explorer and other functions take up to minutes to respond? The laptop is updated with all Windows updates. Thanks!

@@PC_Monkey It's a W10 machine. I believe what I encountered was actually due to current updates that were downloading/installing. But I've never seen random windows close (crash) auto after opening apps. This prompted my inquiry. I've kept this machine updated with all updates. In another vid of yours I pointed out that my AV keeps referring to broken registries/settings, and other relative things causing performance issues. I don't trust any other source to learn how to deal with these but you. Thanks!

Are there any signs of life at all when you try to turn it on? Lights? Fan, Motherboard, or Hard Drive sounds? Anything seen on the screen?
