Thanks for the tip on using a wrench on the Allen socket. I got my socket wrench stuck trying to squeeze it in there. Once I finally got it out, I used your wrench on the socket trick.. One thing that would give more space is to compress the caliper while it is still installed, then slide the caliper forward. I thought of that after I finished the job.

Do you know how long new motor oil in an opened container lasts before I should recycle it? I did my oil change and have 2 quarts leftover that I was planning on using for my next oil change in 5-6 months.

It can last for years oil do t go bad as long as u don’t leave cap off

Don’t take the bottom bolt all the way out that way all you have to do is drop the top down rip the pads out put the new ones on and slap that bitch back together, breaks like this shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to do both sides……
