New Brake Pad & Rotor Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ABF...
Brake pads wear out over time, much like tires, and need replacing, on average, every 50,000 miles, with variations depending on driving habits and environment. Brake rotors may also need to be replaced if they are warped or grooved. Often, it’s safer and more cost effective to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Squealing or grinding noises, or wheel vibration are all symptoms of worn brakes. This video shows you how to install new, quality TRQ brake pads and rotors on your 2005-14 Ford Mustang

I just did this on my 07 GT500 and I needed the tool. Channel locks didn't work and I couldn't get a needle-nose to stay put when twisting. The tool made my life so much easier.

That must be a car from up north. Down here in SC we don't put very much salt on the roads in the winter, so we enjoy having very little rust. Great video. Thanks.

I'm trying to understand. He says make sure the grooves on the caliper piston are straight up and down, but his looked very not straight. I don't know if that was the camera angle or what.

You dont go by the drill/slot pattern to determine the rotor direction, you go by the veins inside. Some manufacturers go against the veins, some veins are straight up so it doesnt matter etc.

Okay now im confused. Detroit axle says to make sure the drilled slotted rotors point up and towards back of the car. TRQ says the exact opposite. So which one is it?!

Nice. The procedure should be the same on my GT500 as they share bake rotors. I'll be using this tomorrow while working on the car.
