Thank you for the video. I replaced the rear bearings on a 11' Pilot. Your info was very helpful. Not hard to do but the first one was tedious. The second one a walk in the park.

*_Excellent qualityDyson-Cyclone Easy installation. Both sides took about 2.5 hrs on my 2002 Avalanche. Fixed ABS dash light with the integrated new ABS sensors in the hubs. Plug n play easy..._*

Hi George, Thanks for recommendation to get OEM parts. Thanks for the tip to use impact drill for those phillips screws/ bolts. My 1966 Toyota FJ40 have those on the brake drums and you are right they are hard to remove sometimes. Thanks for the detailed video! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Invest in a slide hammer to remove the wheel hub . Harbor Freight have them and can me used for many other jobs . Or rent from auto parts if available

Is it same procedure for 2011 Acura MDX, and hub and bearing replaced as 1 unit? No need for a press?
@taylorholloway72835 жыл бұрын
It would not be. The MDX is an AWD vehicle, so you'll have an axle in the middle of the hub and bearing. But it will look very similar; you may just need to use a slide hammer to pull it off the axle.

I don't know about needing a press, sorry
@taylorholloway72835 жыл бұрын
No need for press. Just replaced on 4wd pilot. I do recommend renting a slide hammer for removing the wheel bearing and hub assembly. It's not as easy as just taking it like he did. Reason being: the axle.

specify in title, you are replacing bearing and hub, i want to see those pieces separated on the newer Honda' (2015 Honda fit specifically) Anybody!?
@scottallie91674 жыл бұрын
On theses years it’s a hub assembly,, so the bearing isn’t a separate component like it often is. Makes the job a lot easier because you don’t need to worry about pressing a new/old bearing in/out.

Does the wheel bearing part (42200-SZR-A01) go on either the left rear driver side and the right rear passenger side?

Good video. Had to dislike since you didnt put the torque spec in the video.

You had the ability to search for this video, but not google the torque specs? How much did you pay the content creator for this video? Just hit like and move on.

@@TheNachoDaddy there's the fine line difference between a good tutorial video and a phenomenal tutorial.
