Very helpful tips. Thanks for sharing. I noticed that you made lots of videos about outdoor power equipment maintenance and repair and I'm wondering are you up for a collaboration to help the novices DIY repairers? Helping them to know some helpful tips about outdoor power euqipment quick repair? Most of them are the engine won't strat problems. I mean you get the knowledge of repairing and Hipa supplies the affordable parts for small engines and maybe we would work together to help more people in the community.

Hi, I'm probably not going to do a lot of videos on small engine stuff but my brother has 45K subscribers and his entire channel is perfect for this. You can reach him at buckssmallenginediy@gmail.com

Can you use a metal blade on it
@FixEverythingYourself3 ай бұрын
No. Not strong enough to use a heavy duty blade for cutting.

You didn't show us, how to open the head to remove the old string. I never saw your link. I see no way that the head just opens up. If this was my trimmer, I would have already returned it.

I cannot understand why my string gets so long while im using it. I have wasted a ton of string because it wont stop coming out!! Im not sure if im doing something wrong
@FixEverythingYourself6 ай бұрын
Are you 100% sure you're turning the knob on the head the same direction as in the video. The most likely reason for too much string to come out is the string being wound the wrong direction on the spool. So if the knob is turned the wrong way to wind it in, that would cause that to happen.
