How to replace Renault Megane 2 brake and tail light bulb

More or less like this happens in life when one light bulb burns out, more will come, so happened with me and my Renault Megane 2 tail light burnt out and soon after brake light as well. First, if your tail light burns out, but brake light still works, I suggest you to replace it any way, because I hesitated and guess what, the wolfram thread must fell on brake light thread and made extra heat which melted a little bit my rear brake light plastic! Any way don’t be like me and replace the light bulb as soon as you can since it is very easy fix, will take maximums 5 minutes. So what you will need, just a spare working 12V P21/5W lightbulb and that is it! On my video I am showing how to replace the brake and tail light, since they are both in one light bulb! Bets thing, you won’t need any tools to replace it, but you will need to remove the lamp it self, but don’t be afraid of it, it is easier than it may seem, if you have doubts just check my video where I am giving an instruction how to replace a rear light bulbs on Renault Megane it is easy! Hello, I have problem with my right side back lights..When i'm breaking, my back light comes up. when i release back back light is off,but left side is on and working, i don't get it..

I suggest you to inspect connectors, i had some problems with rust on one and when i was using signal light, my brake light started to flash as well, after i cleaned the rust from connector and pins at light it self, all works ok now. If you speak about brake light and running light and ur back running light is not working, it is possible, that it has burned out, usually it goes other way, but both are on the same light bulb, so it is possible. Is ur signal light working on ur right back light?

@@JUrtanschannel So.. My right side the break/beam light isn't working at all until i press break, when i press break there comes my right break light. My left one is working perfectly fine. And i noticed today that maybe my reverse light bub on the same right side of back lamp isn't working, i don't understand..

@@megagg did u check the connector if it is rust free? it may affect all the bulbs, if there is rust, e.g. if ground pin is with rust. btw have u tried to replace the bulb, if you dont wanna buy a new one u can swap bulbs between lights, might take more time. I am not 100% sure if u can do it, bcos Ive never tried this, but I think it is possible. If u wanna diagnose, if the problem is form the connector to light control unit or in the light itself, u can disconnect both lights and connect left light in the rights place just to check, does not take any skill to do it :)
