How to replace brass scupper tubes on a Parker 2320

Man thank you very much. I was worried about what I saw yesterday on my sea trial. I tested it and confirmed it with a hose that it was the scrupper holes.

Can these be used for the transom plug as well? Will a 1" transom plug fit inside them?
