Do you have to take the trim all the way off or can you slip the mirror on there without having to do that? There's a video of a 2008 replacement without removal of the trim and I feel like it could be done without it.

Do you guys only have the paint to match mirrors for the Chrysler 300's? I need paint to match mirrors for my 2008 Dodge Charger. They are currently textured black but I want the paint to match.
