Thanks for the video. I had the exact same issue with the bolt, and the Sawzall with a long 18 TPI blade was able to chop it off.

I have a 2004 Envoy that I just replaced the drivers side sway bar end link.... on my year of vehicle, the end link nut size was 21mm, with a 19mm backup on the end link shaft.

This is different than my 08 trailblazer 2wd. This link is z shaped. My link is just a strait shaft with bushings.

I find using a butterfly ratchet works best use a pry bar for tension for bottom then sway link pull on angel for tension then no need for allen key til reinstall

You put on the grease fittings but no grease. Is this correct or do they need greased?

fergyinkorea they are same in front but can be different on back(never did my rears but did front typically they are different from cars i have done)

Typically an alignment isn't necessary after replacing sway bar links. But it's a good practice to at least get your alignment checked out periodically, especially after doing front-end work.
