thanks Cliff I needed a good larf today, What with the sun buggering off and dropping the camera after just saying 'years of life'.....mate that was priceless. You get some great video with that thing but i can't justify shelling out a £ton for one. Presumably it has IS and a 3.5mm jack for your mic yes ? I'll have to stick with my Mobius until I sell something ....one of the missus's dogs should get me enough dough methinks ......

Hi John, I use the cameras all the time even without the vlogging as now days there are so many twats on the road that are on phones and pull out on ya so you can use the video to have them caught and fined, crime stoppers will use the video as evidence to get them convicted. The mic and ear piece go into a tiny Micro USB plug that fits in the rear of the camera. :)

this battery is available with the plug already installed. getting the generic battery without plug might save you a few bucks, but probably not enough to be worht it.
