Heard u can fry some of the electronics if u install the battery before connecting the screen and digitizer

Yes and no, it’s always best to have the battery disconnected. The problem normally happens when the screen connector is misaligned and wiggled getting it to connect that it bridges lines together and burning components. If you are super careful, you can plug in a screen with the battery connected, however, I recommend to always have the battery isolated before doing so.
