Respectively, this video should be shared more. There may be many videos explaining how to remove a note 4 screen (very simple) however many use steps that cause breaks or don't explain many of the ways breaks occur. This video is very helpful and would have multitaked both teaching me a screen removal and quoting what common misconceptions may occur, causing drastic problems.

+Beatriz Aguirre Firtsly, It will save you money if you DIY fixed your phone, because you just pay for the replacement parts you need to buy, but it also increase dangers of damaging the phone if you don't have too much phone repair experience. Getting it fixed by phone carrier may cost you more money because of the extra maintenance costs, but it will mostly reduce the danger of damaging your phone. And as for the second question, if your phone still works fine including the touch screen was responsive, images are clear and complete, then you just broke your front glass. In that case, you can replace the front glass only. But it is hard to do that by just a DIY repair work, since the lcd screen, touch screen and front glass are already attach to each other tightly, and you have to ask the phone carrier or some of the professional for help. If you want to replace it by yourself, you should buy lcd with digitizer replacement and replace the whole lcd screen. Ordered a screen from them after I dropped my Note 4. The screen is definitely legitimate and from the OEM. In fact, I got lucky and it's brighter than my old one. The only thing is, they say you need to buy that adhesive sticker for the screen, but you don't. If you buy a screen new it comes with the adhesive already applied. No big deal though, it was only $2 and I guess it's good to have a backup in case you fuck up.

Hello, Nice Job. I have a problem with my Note 4. The display always comes off 1-2mm from the plastic frame. As a consequence, the sensor of aproximation always detects "phone on the ear". Using Whataspp this is very annoying. I have already changed the middle frame with the whole eletronics on it, but the problem remains. It seems as if the middle frame is bent, mas acutally it is new. My only left idea is, that the digitizer of the display is not totally flat any more. But I havent done anything on it, why should it be different from a new one? Anybody some idea for this problem or how to fix it? Thank you!

Since the lcd screen , touch screen and front glass are already attached together tightly, only the professional can replace only neither of them. We replaced the whole display including LCD and digitizer(front glass) in our video. And our phone is the real phone. We are not sure it is the same as your fake one or not. It is not a hard thing to replace the LCD with digitzer(front glass). But it is hard for professional repairers to just separate and install the front glass leave alone nonprofessional one.

I've been looking for a Note 4 Glass screen replacement video but had no luck. The only person who tried to attempt it on youtube ended up breaking his digitizer as he was trying the take off the glass screen. I'm really unfortunate in my case. I dropped my phone while I sitting in a chair and the glass cracked, there's nothing wrong with the digitizer.

This video should be deleted. There is a very important step around the home/ back buttons buttons that you casually go right through. The back and cascade buttons are glued to the screen and have to be carefully detached without ripping the circuit. You cant lift the screen more than the width of the wire or blade to slice through the glue of the back/cascade buttons. You The home button has to be pushed through the glass to prevent ripping the circuit. You rip the home button circuit and replace with a new one, the fingerprint scanner wont work unless you send it to Samsung and pay a ridiculous price to replace. Nothing quick about it, tedious precise job !!

You are correct, I damaged the left button while trying to separate the glass from the phone. That step is critical, $100 screen replaced for nothing... :-(
