Once the operation is completed, you'll need pump slowly on the brake pedal a few times until feeling a strong resistance from the pedal. The aim being to bring the brake pads closer to one other.
Drive smoothly and avoid sudden braking for the first 50 kilometres or so to avoid glazing the new pads.
Make sure to check the stability of your vehicle before starting the operation.
Don't burn yourself on the pads if you've just gone for a drive as braking creates friction and long-lasting heat.

What do we mean by "glazing new brake pads"?

how much NM for the wheel? i have the same citroen c4 88hp from 2009. i dont find this information online, there are like 6 versions of the C4 and the NM range is between 90 and 120...

Hi @Karlo Milutinovic. The best would be to buy a torque wrench 😅. But if you don' t want to, I I think that if you just tighten it hard, it should be OK.
