On my automatic I took a small piece of wood and use it like a fulcrum so it didn’t damage the plastic when I pride it up. It was the only way I could see of getting it out on that one.

Don't use davico!! See my video from a couple moths ago. I'd find a reputable independent shop, they should have a generic brand they trust. Mine cost 400 installed. Doing it yourself could be much cheaper, if you are a good welder

Switch not staying down? Very easy fix with no parts replacement! This is why there is a passenger seat. Always have a passenger join you when driving and they can press the switch when necessary while you deal with your emergency! 🤪 Also, in other business, did you replace your seat covers?
