Great video. Just changed the muffler and it went exactly as you said it would. Replacing the long exhaust bolt was tricky, so I first inserted a long screwdriver to align the bracket holes, then held the muffler in place with one hand while inserting and finger tightening the exhaust bolt with the other hand.

Tried wiggling the exhaust back and forth to shimmy it off (after bolt removed and collar loosened) and it wont budge at all! Had to get a crowbar between the box and the frame just to move it a tiny bit. Any advice?

Try to rotate while pulling. If is hard is not easy

No, you should disconnect the exhaust, clean the exhaust duct and the muffler and seal with some exhaust sealing paste.

Use a longer leverage. A pipe or a longer wrench Spray come lubricant and let it work few minutes. Hope You will succed ;-)

It was like this when i bought. The new exhaust from Piaggio come so. Someone cut it. I leave it, since Piaggio made it like this. In the future in case of exhaust block or similar problem i will cut and short the tip. Thanks For watching the video, please subscribe if You like my videos. Regards

For the rear is 2,0 bar for driver only. 2.5 bar if You carry a passenger. Usually is set at 2.5 bar in any case. Front Tyre should be at 1,75 bar but I and most people use 2.0 bar with or without passenger
