My throttle cable does not allow the adjustment lever to stay in place. It is held down to choke it and then pulled back slightly to run it. The problem is it keeps pulling back to the point where the mower shuts off. Can I adjust the cable or should I buy a new one ?

need to now how to replace a cable on a honda harmony 215 the cable broke it runs the self prop 1 2 3 speeds

You will need to remove the control cover and remove the pin from the drive cable. Take note where all of the parts are. It will make it easier putting it back together. Then follow the cable to the other end and removed the lug from the transmission. Then put all of the parts back on in reverse order.
