I've seen a few of these just to familiarize myself with the location of the part and so on. This was the best one I've seen. Steps were clear. Changing a t-stat on an engine you've never worked on before, it's nice to know where things are located. Most t-stat changes are pretty straightforward but not like it was back when I worked on cars (40 years ago). A couple things missed - taking out the inner fender splash guard (easy enough to do) and double-checking that the t-stat o-ring was in position prior to mating it up with the engine block. Most folks who do this kind of work for their own rigs will know this, but some won't. Overall a good video so you get a thumbs up :)

Thanks for the video guys! Very helpful! But, by any chance do you all know where the ambient temp sensor is so the temp on my rear view mirror can read accurately?

Nice video. But, my 3.7 has the thermostat on the passenger side of the engine. Can't access it from the wheel well.

If it’s leaking from the thermostat than it’s the housing the rubber seal isn’t seated properly or it broke or it came broke or the radiator hose itself is cracked or ripped
