Did you disconnect the battery cables while replacing the throttle body? I had a problem once before with replacing a throttle body in a 2010 Malibu where the engine stayed in full throttle.

What's the part called that you said to make sure there's no funny colors and clean it? Mines was greasy and yellow and I cleaned it but I want to replace it, I'm not sure what the name of it is.

My 2009 Chevy Malibu just gave me a code for p01516 the throttle actuator control would changing the throttle fix the problem??

Do you have more videos on 2003 chevy silverado 1500 5.3l 4wd extended cab. Im having trouble figuring out why theres no throttle response when pressing on gas pedal. Its started happening when truck didnt want to start do to bad battery. Also the etc fruse under hood keeps poping but after i put a 30 fuse on it stoped poping even now i put i 5 fuse it wont pop nomore. So i dont know of i fixed it out messed something else up lol.I have checked most if not all groubds, unplug the conections to the throttle body and foot pedal while trying to check if thats why the fuse keeps blowing. I even unplug fuel pump connector too. What can be the problem. I have lil to no money to give to a mechanic.

On a 2011 Throttle body re-learn Start the engine and let it idle in park for 3 minutes. ... After 3 minutes, turn the engine off and leave it off for 60- seconds. Start the engine again and let it idle in park for 3 minutes one more time.
