Thank you for making this video. I have a Dell 625cdw that had horizontal black streaks every 31mm. Using this video, I was able to take apart the transfer belt and clean out the built up toner in the top that was causing the issue. I think this is meant to collect excess toner and I'm not sure why it was so full. My printer only has 4000 prints on it.

I have this printer. I have been looking for something to help with finding out whats causing it to jam. When print start to print it will come out half way to the out tray and then jam. Can not find any obstructions. Any ideas?

Do you have any error message show in the printer?

@@TMToner It says paper jam 050-130, remove back cover to remove jam. Page is half way through fuser and starting to come out into the output tray, but that is as far as it goes. Once you remove paper, the paper is not damaged so nothing blocking it.

@@terrylaffoon8814 There are many thing to cause that paper jam 050-130 ( stuck in the middle of the fuser) but below is the most common I see. 1. bad fuser ( check your fuser to see if they still good condition) 2. Check Bias Transfer Roller 3. Bad toner powder ( the melting temperture is not correct) How many pages you have in printer?
