Hey could you tell me what side of the vehicle this is located on I have a 2006 ford focus zx4 model 2.0 and I can’t seem to find it

This isn't the right part for at least some Focus in that range. 2006 ZX4 has a different looking one on the passenger side near firewall. If you are getting a code that says you need one, read a little to learn what the valve does, and then looking in the engine bay you'll be able to identify it visually. The one that fits is a standard Ford part that's in a ton of other Fords (I think, for example, Explorers and Rangers, but I've seen a ton of them at the junkyard). Just look for the two vacuum connections and the electrical connector and you'll find the right one.

Massive omission here. You totally neglect the stuff you have to remove to even get a glimpse of this thing. Hope you have a video on how to get the air box off...
