Great video, thanks for posting. My 07 grizzly 700 is not getting fuel. Key on starts the fuel pump and pressurizes the system, but nothing from the injector. Ignition is fine, will pop off on starting fluid.

It may not be spraying from the injector. Does the injector click when you test it? Also, sometimes the fuel pump will lose pressure if the fuel pump our pressure gauge is going bad. On ACs they need 43psi, your grizzly may have a similar pressure.

Thanks, I’ll pull the injector out tomorrow. Just replaced the stator,but it has ignition. Any chance something with the new stator wouldn’t send an injector signal?

You could check the voltage and ohms on it. It should get battery voltage with the key on.

What size screws are they on the fuel injector rail?

Hi my trx 680fa rincon is spluttering when l give it the trottle, l have cleaned the tank + cleaned fuel injection unit+ new idle air control valve +new rear main relay box , any ideas could help me

Hook up a fuel pressure gauge inline with the fuel line between the fuel tank and throttle body to check the pressure.

L have replaced the fuel pump + fuel filter kit new iacv +new relay beside battery cleaned fuel tank new spark plug new engine oil , she is spluttering when u give her the trottle, sometimes she die out but starts up again, could it be the fuel injector

What fuel pressure are you looking for from the pump?

Fuel pressure should be 43 psi for Arctic Cats.

Normally they only go bad if they get clogged or gummed up by dirty fuel. If the ATV has sat for a long time or some dirt got past the fuel filter or the fuel filter fell off could cause them to fail.

He didn't even show what the symptoms were before changing the fuel injector and how are people supposed to know the symptoms

Rough idle, runs rough, atv dies out, won’t stay running, etc… basically not getting the fuel it needs and it will cut out on you.

@@ArcticFrost I put a new fuel pump change the air filter the coils and wire and plug and it's still the same sing and does not idle rough and for the record mine is a Polaris sportsman 450ho efi 2017
