HOW TO REPLACE YOUR NORDICTRACK TREADMILL FRONT ROLLER

Any ideas on why my drive roller pin is unscrewing itself with use causing my belt to repeated shift towards that side? The bolt itself doesn’t appear to be stripped so I’m wondering if the roller head itself where the bolt goes through can be stripping? I have to keep readjusting the roller pin after every 10-15 uses.

Hmm there should be a nut on the other side of the bolt to help hold it. If not try some Loctite blue

Do you know what size screw it is for the front roller? lost it while trying to replace the belt

What a shame there isn't a way to show that right bracket and how you disassembled it on camera.

The right side bracket is fixed to frame all you can do is mark it
