Thank you sir. I was having that same problem. Starts and runs smoothly no noise or knock. Was scared I was gonna have replace engine. Changed sensor everything work no low oil pressure light. Again thank you.

I was thinking the same thing. I dont know how comfortable I would be working with just a jack..... at lease slide the tires under the frame in case something does happen.

The only thing I would add is if the truck has 4WD. The front diff cover will fight you. So if you can get the plug off first. Do it, if not, get a crows foot or like some cheap wrench and lop off the box (closed) end. If you can't do that, it'll be a struggle until you can rotate the sensor around until you can access the plug to take it off so you can use a deep socket. For the socket, you might have to use a U-joint and an extension to go around the front diff.

Where can i find the sensor for the temperature guage on 04 f150 5 4 4 x 4? I replaced the cylinder head sensor under the intake, i replaced the sensor on the side of the oil pan. Temp guage still not working. But cant find one thats obiviously in coolant. Not one on or near the thermostat either as some suggested. Closest i find is behind oil filter and i was told thats the oil pressure sensor. I had the intake off and didnt see one either. WTH? A cluster tech tested the guage and its good. Any help you can share i appreciate.

You sure the cluster motor didn't go bad? Do a test sweep.

U didn't show how exactly u took it out some ppl is leaving n u didn't show step by step I mean that wire connector to the oil sensor does it come out easy or is there some kinda clip holding u need to show it step by step as u take it n put new 1 in so there's is no guessing exactly how
