It’s better to buy sealed conversion bottom bracket. There is one from mission bmx that can do that.

speedy lightweight Ceramic titanium silicon doixide bearings are just as strong but self lubricating, can be run dry,looseball or in cages.theres nothing like the horsepower of a gt, redline, or haro one piece crank. Not much torque but a fun ride nonetheless.

Definitely not a bolt, bolts have threads and a shaft. That would be a nut Mr. Grease on the carpet.
