Yes mate you can check it 😉you can check the positive side by positive leads and put the negative leads on negative of the battery and the negative side by resistance check and continuity 😉

Is the Toyota Camry 2 fans supposed to come on at once or at separate times?

It’s hard maté because the 2 fans is joined together 😬 you need to remove the coolant hose 😉

Does the new fans make a vibrating sound when fans kick on ??? Inside the car ?
