I have watched this video maybe 10 times now. I have been on section 8 housing for 9 years in June '23. I live in Weber County, Utah. I should also mention both my wife and I are disabled. Our landlord and housing authority have taken things to another level of criminal low. I have been a prisoner in my apartment. He hasn't properly screened the tenants and so there's a criminal element here. I feel like I am a built-in victim for the and possible income for the gang they have moved in. Their are so many examples, it's impossible to not sound like I am rambling. I feel like I have no hope or future. I believe that I have been placed here and expected to just pay or die.

along with me having medical issues 😊 , landlord continously abuse me , sexually , mentally , comes into my apartment regularly when I am not home sneaky in my apartment , they calling, texting me along with false info I am a elderly lady 67 yrs old I pay my rent each month never late they contentment harassing me , always attacking me upon me a church woman , they even tried to poison me about a year ago , they write on just about everything inside my apartment walls , floors , refrigerator using all types of items letting me know they have been inside my home , I find items they hide in many places throughout my inside and outside as well, neighbors next door harassing me they same as they do badly stocking me , vandalize my car I even took him to court about 2 years ago no results I put two and two together that manager and them they are all in it together the abuse and I just don't know what to do I have no family no one I could turn to for help I've I've even felt at times I was just tired of living so I hope maybe I can get a respond back to you thank you I'm on Section 8 the abuse is on all ends with all of them I'm at my end for any peace upon my life and situation please if you can respond back to me I need sound advice Thank you 😢

I feel my landlord just screwed us bc we complained about really bad neighbors, and needing a floor repair, she instead half ass repaired things, such as painting over mold and was discriminating against us bc we aren’t a minority. Even heard them discussing us being “white” and a problem bc we won’t live with rats roaches and keep it clean.

I am not in Section 8 housing, but renting a small house in rural California. The landlord hasn't fixed things in a timely manner. The well water was not clean for over a year, rats in one wall that finally got fixed and now threatening to build a tiny home on the property. Landlord was making inappropriate comments towards me, and now his wife is angry. They have a broken tractor on the property right in my front yard and using it as an excuse to come here anytime. They are trying to define the boundaries of my yard now, and calling the driveway a "common area". I'm having trouble getting help because I am disabled and low income.

My HUD case worker told me when I talked to them about my new landlords demanding a new lease that is basically forcing me to sign away my Tenant rights; HUD told me not to sign it. That if I did they couldn't help me. A week or two later HUD calls me and says landlords will evict me if I don't sign the lease. I've lived here 2 years. Never missed a payment. (Old landlord sold my building.)

I deal with the housing and hra office. I had to move all of my stuff out of my apartment due to a recertification that was a done after I have lived there for 6months. I explained to him 3 months after living there this was illegal.

I have lived in a HUD apartment for 24 years. The manager had gotten worse as time goes by. She intimidates and bullies tenants. She told an out right lie to the firemarshal a couple of weeks ago. Recently she started enforcing a rule that had been ignored for 14 years. She operates with fore thought and malice. There are 10 of here that are under stress because of her behavior.

It's 4:05 AM. I can't sleep and it's been like this with me and my mother since we moved into this apt in New York City since 2019 where im protecting my mother from a criminal landlord that discriminate against us which caused me not to be at my own apt with my mom which brought me problems from other people I was helping since I couldn't stay at home. I have a TON of proof and he even have the tenants work for him to spy on my mother which makes her scared and tell me not to make any complaints in fear of losing the apt telling me also not to make any complaints to what is being done to us. I caught the neighbor putting garbage outside if the other neighbors door to make it look like me or my mom did it trying to set us up to have a bad name in their narcissistic neighborhood when we are the most quiet and decent set of people here. I have everything on camera what the neighbor did to make us lose the apt also that would have gave us a bad name since she is the gossip tenant that talk to almost everyone in the building which would set us up to have a bad name but I caught the other lady doing it on camera and have a TON of proof to say the least. Im so happy i foubd your channel, Please I need you help as soon as possible‼️

I live in a hud apartment complex, and I asked for handicap parking since there is none. I was told they do nothing for handicap. Another question is, are the maintaince allowed to be family members with the local hud office employees? Nothing gets done at the complex, and we are stuck because the maintainces and office employees are all related, so if we complain, we get treated like trash..

I am so aggravated and keep feeling defeated week after week...My main issue this week is the air conditioner not cooling and only two windows with screens for a breeze...I was told I would not get a storm door yesterday (event though it was shown on the ad and was in the garage when we viewed duplex because they did install a new door without a peephole) and three windows don't have screens....I am going through menopause and also will need a breast reduction soon which adds to the heat...To top it all off, I opened one of the windows without a screen, and the window frame is broken as much that it can be opened from the outside... So now, I'm overheated, uncomfortable, and feel very unsafe...and that is not all of the issues...but I have to go and cry a little bit and take a nap...I hope tomorrow is better

I have a question do landlords ever get in trouble for being corrupt it seems to me they get away with everything can you please do a video where there have been some cases where landlords have been slammed dumped for their corruption and abusing sectional tenants In Hud apartments and section 8, cause it appears dismal for the tenant who dwells and or, uses these federal programs, truly, disturbing

I am a housing choice voucher recipient. And my landlord was retaliating against me. Gave me a retaliatory eviction. And when I had mentioned to my housing worker about the harassment and the retaliation. They said there's nothing that they could do about it. That that is between my landlord and myself. Is the sandical housing commission obligated to take reports of harassment and retaliatory eviction seriously?

I opened a case for illegal unit and landlord’s harassment and this landlord got an access to my unit for mold remediation and moved my personal belongings and households and furnitures to other side of the unit without my permission today. i told him not to touch otherwise i would call the cops. i am currently staying i a hotel room due to habitability issue and was monitoring them on the security camera app and the workers even played with my belongings while working. Is this considered harassment? i wish we have a city authority like you in los angeles. dealing with this psychopathic narcissist landlord has destroyed my life. lies after lies.

Was gifted this awesome video. Man, I need to speak to you BADLY. Bad rental situations with two landlords. One responfor a very, very wrongful eviction. The next landlord a slumlord, of whose trailer I moved into out of desperation or become homeless. And this place was dosgusting. Was not clean, the other A.C. stsrted on fire, holes in floor under the one year old carpet. Im a 67 yr old, disabled woman with many health issues including 2 hip replacements and one revision. The ramp built for me to utilize is approximately 5ft long and 2ft high, guessing. It is so steep i literally have to pull myself up to get on the porch. My rt knee needs replaced and often goes out on me. I fall walking on straight solid ground. This ramp is everything, but safe!! To shorten this if there is a way i can get in touch with you Myself and everyone else working with Section 8 here in Las Cruces, NM cannot successfully get our phone calls returned from our caseworkers. The phone system is out dated and hangs up on anyone who attempts to utilize it. Rarely can get in touch with the very rude receptionist. This government agency and everything about it including ALL the government employees SUCK. W e are in desperate, desperate, desperate assistance. We don't know what to do, well until I was gifted this video of you. Thank God we aren't looked like as garbage by everyone. We are human beings who deserved to be treated as such. And honestly I know we are looked down upon by this particular agency, as Im sure from your video, we all are. Please, please contact me and let me know how I can get in touch with you. I need to speak with you ASAP! You are the kind of person I’ve been trying to find! I am really an angry tenant. I have a serious issue happening where my 3 family members and pet have countless symptoms of what I am sure is mold. Couple months after moving in the symptoms started. Once my son had blood work done and had an elevated IG3 to aspergullis mold, then it started to make sense. I have a lot of pictures, I have calls to the health department regarding mold in the laundry facility, I have documentation from numerous doctors for skin conditions, being sick, blood work results, veterinarian documentation, the dentist is coming up next because we’re all experiencing issues with our teeth suddenly. The coach problem on the grounds of this apartment complex is something I’ve never seen. They’ll be about 20 roaches on the wall where the dumpster is. I don’t even know what’s in the dumpster or around the dumpster, I won’t go look. Ever since I moved in there has been a problem with roaches. Supposedly they exterminate but I’ve never had anybody. My pet is on a permanent dose of antibiotics to keep her chronic UTI’s that started after 3 months of living here under control. Along with problems with her paws and skin that caused her to lick and scratch obsessively. She never had anything wrong with her prior. I called the health department on the apartment for the laundry rooms having mold and every single washer and detergent basket. They never fix the problem. I have photos then and now. Every morning I’m woke up by the smell of burnt coffee or rotten vegetables. When the AC is running it will smell like dirt or mud. It just smells like something is wet or mudd. It’s really strange. The list symptoms is lengthy. We all have been affected and have documentation from doctors. I want to make sure I go about this the right way. I don’t want to try to do anything on my own and I end up screwing up any opportunity I have to go for the throat. I’ve never been one to take legal action against somebody. I’ve never been confrontational. I’ve always given the benefit of the doubt, and I’ve always tried to be understanding. But things are getting worse. I want somebody who isn’t going to tell me there’s nothing that can be done. So I’m hoping maybe you can help lead me in the right direction and maybe you have recommendations on Who I can contact or where I can go in Southern California. I know in California mold is taken very seriously. I’ve been in a lot of situations in my life where I know I probably could have sued somebody, but that’s just Wasn’t me. But things change! I’m pissed. This is terrible. Thank you for your video it really gave me a lot of good information. Glad I came across it..

Hello, my situation is related to public housing. My housing authority is not fixing anything and has violated my warranty of habitability. I have bedbugs. I have been doing everything in my power neighborhood legal services, Home, and the Department of Health. Vagrants sleeping in lobby, pooping by mailboxes. Urinating in elevators. Leaving trash in lobby. People hanging out in lobby smoking and drinking blocking the walkway.

I just moved into an apartment 5 weeks ago. I noticed that we have excessive black mold growing through the walls from a restricted area in the apartment. I made them aware of the situation 4 days ago (the lease says I have to give them 7 days to remedy). The amount of mold here shows long standing neglect to inspections and upkeep. Can I report them sooner than the 7 days? The person who came, tried to spray primer to cover the mold spores and hide the odor. After insisting that they keep working, they found a closet completely covered in thick black mold and stated that the water tank needs to be replaced since it is the cause. Im concerned for my health in the mean time and the health of my neighbors who'd be potentially affected if they are unaware of any problem.

My landlord broke into my house with other strange guy. He was upset because I wouldn't sell a suv I had for sale. He was forcing me to sell him my vehicle $1000 less. He cornered me in my hallway and told me I had 5 days to get out. I'm 73 and in a wheelchair.. have been here in this house 4 mo. At 1400 a month on time so he has no right to break in and badger me or threatened me. I called 911 cops came and arrested him. Can I sue him and where can I find a lawyer to help me. He posted a letter where it says I've violated the lease. But he's the one who violated me.. help who can I call to help me. Have been stressed out and having nightmares he's breaking into my home again. Oh he was really drunk too. Thanks Alicia

I just discovered are you just section 8? I’m gonna check out more video so I might answer my own question after this video. My landlord had decided she hates me since SOMEONE ELSE called housing authority on her before I had to move here. I have pets and my last landlord lost his building to the bank right before Covid. Then I realized it was CRAWLING with roaches after I moved in. I made her take care of it. Took her 4 months! She blamed covid but I was told exterminators were essential workers she just hires these really cheap ppl. She refused to paint I had to pay to have it painted I could not move in though I paid full month not just cause of painting but electric outlets weren’t working! And the place is so small I wouldn’t of been able to move stuff. She literally had some dude in a station wagon with his wife sleeping in fix the electric. There was no shower head I had to provide that and my own refrigerator I have no oven. Shared mailbox with other units no outdoor lighting cause after I moved in I found out she controls the outside lights and is saving herself money by not putting it on. Also if you accidentally flip the switch to the outside light have the electricity in my apt goes out.She since harassing me any way she can I’ve heard her tell another tenant to not tell me she gives me breaks cause she’s trying to get rid of me. Then she moved in her friends she worked with upstairs who harass me on a daily basis I’ve called the police several times to make reports I for a long time didn’t have them go upstairs out of fear they’d retaliate which they did police will tell me it’s the landlord responsibility but she basically gave them permission to do what they do. So how do I have landlord take care of ppl who she told to make me leave. Finally I had police go up there she threaten to not renew both our leases but next day had them over, she also lives on the property in a separate building doing laundry though me she tried texting me there’d be a rent raise I was the only one got a rent raise. I know that’s illegal but apparently someone tipped her off she sent a letter there is a housing crisis I have no family and am disabled. Her friends are upstairs running her water to heat their apt cause I no longer allow them to run run my heat and electric I use a small radiator in winter I’m cold a lot but my electric isn’t $500 anymore. She screamed at me a couple days ago for asking for a receipt. Like I gave her a couple days cause when I paid my rent she wasn’t well but I took my trash out saw her and just tried to gently remind her well that turned into her screaming at me cause I wanted a piece of paper. It’s like pulling teeth getting a damn receipt out of her. An hour later she magically had a receipt did not apologize for screaming at me I didn’t engage I walked away and was on the phone complaining bout me and calling me a B- witch. Cause I asked for a receipt! She lives on the property I had landlords lived in other counties or other States had no issue giving me a simple receipt. She’ll send me ridiculous texts accusing me of stuff I didn’t do. Had another tenant tell me she’s selling. Cause I specifically asked bout that before I moved in went around yelling really loud the first year saying she’s selling first chance she gets that was 2020 it was to get me to move I knew it was a lie that she told him to tell me the minute it left his mouth. He’d of moved. That was probably 2021. I tried being nice to her but she’s a narcissist there nothing you can do to make them happy I pay my rent but she treats others who are constantly late (again she lives on the property I know everything goes on here plus is a crappy old 💩y motel made into apts you can hear EVERYTHING) better then me I’m quiet I don’t bother anyone and I pay but cause I made her do work… seriously ppl were just living here with a full on roach infestation but I guess afraid to idk ask her to do anything? I mean it was BAD! And specifically ask landlords bout bugs before I rent! I’m pretty sure she come into my apt when I’m not here. I can’t afford WiFi most of my what I live in goes to her to get security cameras. I’m spiraling into depression and helplessness trying to find help. God there is so much more it’s like I’m stuck in hell

I'm dealing with the HA. My apartment floods everytime it rains. There is mold in here and I'm having problems with my lungs. Never smoked and I don't drink. Right now um sitting with my feet in alot of water. Alot more going on. Can you please help me?

Hey I moved in with my sister in my family's mobilihome she died of cancer but signed the title over to me just before she passed. some handyman had moved in with her and the first time he disrespected her in front of me we got in a fight and I locked him out. He went across the street to Jimmy's trailer and they said that I would never be approved to get on the lease and Jimmy who knows the owner of the park said he would be able to buy the trailer at auction and then pay the parks legal fees then since the handyman had been a caregiver he could rent the trailer from Jimmy. Jimmy tells management all this hearsay and I was denied my application to be on the lease and I was evicted from the trailer. I had gone to the DMV and got the title in my name. Handi

I currently stay in low income housing. I have been dealing with black mold since December growing in the back of my panty. I notified her immediately when I noticed my shelves were wet back in the corner and the black large spots on the ceiling. She sent over maintenance who claimed he fixed it by just patching up the whole and spraying the Killz spray. By March it was leaking again, I went in the office and showed her the video of where the leak from coming from and how the mold was spreading quickly! Here it is June and the picture i have been taking are horrific! From the first sight of mold up until now! We longer have a maintenance man going on 3 mos now. She’s never is in the office, only when the rent is due, and it goes straight to voicemail saying mailbox full. We also don’t have an emergency number to call since we have no maintenance man. I was finally able to talk with her last week because I had someone on watch out for her and they took their phone over to the office so I could talk with her, she said she doesn’t have an office phone and that’s why it goes to voicemail. I told her the hole has gotten bigger inside the panty and the black mold is spreading and that I’ve been getting sick lately with congestion and severe headaches, and my son also has the same issues. Her response was “I told you to get a spray bottle with bleach and water and spray”! I was livid and I feel I have no one else to turn too! Please help me ! Im in tears as I’m telling you my story. I also have pics before he fixed it and after he fixed it. Also a video I took with the water on the shelves with the black mold growing and how saturated my shelves are that I showed her 2mos ago

i had my town Board of health come and inspect my refrigerator because it was not working and the landlord refused to replace it as she said "it does not affect the habitability?" The landlord has now every day called the cops and made false accusations against me. note when he came in to do the inspection he found like 20 code violations. took me 2 months to get the refrigerator. Live in MA and can't get any help or find a lawyer. Lawyers are just telling me they can't help me till I get a legal intent to the eviction notice. I I have section 8 I live in Phoenix Arizona I'm since the beginning of the year I have asked to be moved up to a downstairs-apartment I do have a wheelchair COPD which is becoming harder and harder to go up and down the stairs beginning of the year the downstairs apartment she seemed the only way I can have it is if I put down another down payment on an apartment I already have a $600 deposit on the apartment that I'm in now but all three times she has said no she's money hungry monster she wants to see money money money and if I don't have money since I don't have money and I have a voucher she's giving me a very hard time they won't do the operations on my knees I have to have probably a knee replacement in both my knees and they won't do them until I've been moved to a downstairs-apartment

Hi you are fabulous I am so impressed I wish you were in California. I'm a middle-aged woman that was running a room to find out little things is trafficking illegal immigrants and fabricating things the second day I was here the man already had changed from who I met he did not offer heat through the winter time then when I asked him to revise our rental agreement which was month to month because he did not supply the internet I paid for that was written on the first one event immediately serve me a vacate notice saying his son was homeless already paid till June 12th and he started to turn off the hot water he's done that four times last two when I brought it up to him he just serve me a 3-day notice saying I was doing things I did not do and even fabricated the date on it making it the day early from the day he actually gave it to me I've already been at the sheriff's department this morning they let me know to call if you can't in you to harass they would comeout to dirty see me in the middle to move on the 10th my friends are coming to help me move the big stuff I do have a brain tumor he was perfectly aware he's been paid I did not get to concentrate on my mental or medical health I've been on two antidepressants all in three months and I've actually had to pee in my own trash can at night so it doesn't disturb him

I submitted an application for an apartment gave all my documents and sec 8 voucher. 100 dollar holding fee. She gave me a deposit receipt showing move in date and total cost. A week later said they couldn't let me move in cause management comp could not provide a vendor number needed for my voucher. Wouldn't could not give me any rexplination.

Property management didn't fix repairs back in December so the unit failed inspection so section 8 stopped payments mainly for the carpet which I have pictures of when the hvac system was running water throughout the hallway, my closest & front living area I have 2 kids 1& 11. Now I received a forcible detainer warrant. Unbelievable &1388 unpaid rent that they caused by not complying

My landlord "amended" my lease and raised my rent AFTER I signed my lease and put the notice on my door...I signed the lease in August but didn't get the notice about the amendment and the raise till Set 12. I had already paid the rent for August AND September and the notice I got says the new rent is due begining August 1.. There was no 30 day notice about the raise! Is this legal?

Hey I’m In Raleigh North Carolina and I’m looking for the Raleigh housing Authority employees to be terminated and file a lawsuit! Housing Authority did not respond to my request for a income change I did in Aug 2021 due to me not working then 4months later in March 2022 responded but refused to credit my account. Then Raleigh Housing Authority sent me a letter in July 2022 for my recertification saying my rent was $277 after 6months of me paying $565 I asked for my account to be credited they refused now they are trying to evict me and took me to small claims court for the full amount and then lied and stated that I didn’t pay rent for this month but I had my money orders from now 2023 all the way to 2021 and a video I took dropping October rent off showing they lied so the judge dismissed the case with prejudice. Now they have 7days to appeal to district court I have proof of all of this

I'm live in housing and I've been hear 3yrs when I did my walk through I let them know. What was wrong and the lady I did with reported what was need such as no out side lights. Does your services include the landlord neglecting a peeping and possibly dangerous Tom issue, unsupervised dog, and lack of courtesy to a shared balcony issue? I contacted the office 3 months ago immediately when the incident occurred and they never addressed the issue and has put my daughter and me into harm's way. My leasing office is threatening for me to leave after an heated altercation with the Tom and I was caused to bear arms due to his violent behavior when I confronted him for the 2nd time about his peeping tom and boundary issue. I have been at my apartments. A police report has been made and the warnings about this perpetrator has been already made to HAA the ongoingly, however the office is playing clueless

I failed inspection due to water damaged kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The càbinets are old I've been at my apartment for18 yrs. The landlord asked the housing worker for an extension after a month because the cabinet were so old and was difficult to find. Two weeks later I was told by the landlord the cabinets were to old and was not able to locate any. I was told to gather my finances to see if I qualify for a 2 bedroom 1 bath .I currently am in a 2bedrm 2 bàth. The landlord went on to state the cabinets have to be demolishes and the contractor can't work with my family there. I didn't want to lose my housing and I only had two weeks to have this repairs taken care of so I suggested that I would pay for it and she said yes however I'm going to need to go up and sign a contract stating that they are not going to reimburse me and the contractor that I hire has to sign something to do with liability. After calling around realizing that it's in the neighborhood of 5,000 I'm unable to pay that and I don't know what to do at this point.

My neighbor across the hall is a level 3 sex offender! I continue to ask management how he is allowed to live here. This is a Section 8 building! Is he allowed to live here? I I have expressed the fear and trauma this causes me. I am o disability due to PTSD, and other mental health diagnosis from be sexually abused for years!! I have filed 2 police reports due to my medications being stolen along with other items over several years! I have emailed complaints and tried to contact the corporate office only to receive a return phone call from an office staff member pretending to be another employee working remotely. The answer I always receive is that if I don’t like it than I can always move!! They are aware and admit they know about all the drug behavior in this building and do nothing but threaten to evict me for being late on rent! I argue with them all the time. They use intimidation tactics to shut me up!!

Did you ask them if the reason they let the drugs issue slide because they do drugs themselves, big supporter of the drug industry or just lazy to deal with this issue? I am just curious. Because if they are first two things I would write a report to authorities, but you also need a legit proof for higher effectiveness.

I reported multiple repairs early September and no work orders have been done in my apartment. I reported my tiles in my bathroom needed replaced along with doors and holes in the walls and paint peeling. My son has autism. He stims and has pica. There's currently black mold growing in my dinning room ceiling from the bathroom leaking water onto the floor. I had an inspection yesterday and was told my apartment was poor because these repairs havent been made. When I called the housing authority the lady was very aggressive telling me that I had to take it up with Clarence Jones who requested that she take pictures and do inspections for him. I never concented to pictures and I was not home when the inspection was done. I feel discrimination is an understatement for what this man has done to me and my son filing multiple Evictions towards me during the pandemic. Do I have a case this inspection was yesterday 🤔

I'd love to report my landlord. She has done nothing to the house. We've been here way too long, I know. She only fixes the HVAC and the pool. My A/C in July 2024 is $1300!! She won't get a new unit, even the unit is over 30 years old. She has said she was going to fix outlets and ceiling fans, then doesn't to anything. But, she better get her rent on time! She just raised the rent to $2495.

Thanks for the video. I'm curious how to report extreme neglect and fraud if the owner of my building is the housing commission. They will not let me in office because covid. I've attempted for 3 years. I've written my local board if supervisors. Ignored. Ignored by hud and state housing commission. I went 2 years with no bathroom that was completely rotted out and so hazardous I was hospitalized from mold issues. Have issues still. I haven't had a working kitchen in 2 years. It's flooded over 30 times. My cabinets have been ruined a year and a half. I'm not trying to be rediculous. I just have not been able to find a solution. I still have to pay my full rent amount. So if the owners are by legal description, are slumblords, and they are who I am supposed to complain to. I have a fatal rare disease. 2. Documented. And I have all records. Videos etc. I'm tired of no ammmenities and constant flooding from backed up pipes. Not being rediculous. Truly looking for a way to get help.

Hello this I the first time I have watched your video and let me say your own it. Sir I NEED SOME HELP! I stay stressed out can’t sleep. I’m disabled I only get SSI I live in Barnesville Ga and the manager that oversees our complex is the worse I have ever seen. I’m disabled and I live in low income housing. Let me tell you about my manager I will try my best to keep it short. She tells me that I can’t have anything on my stoop because my neighbor is blind and his disability is in a higher disability than mine. I informed her that a disability is a disability she says “In our meetings someone that is blind or deaf get priority”. She told me I have to get permission from my blind neighbor as to putting something on my stoop. I did put a thin rug that stretched from my door to my neighbor’s door I watched him walk up to his door with no problem he stepped on his Matt and felt the carpet and had his mother roll the rug up to my door. I rolled it right back out lol. He calls the manager she told him to knock on my door and tell me the rug was a danger to him and I had to get it up. The manager never called me of course. Then the jack ass called the police. The dumb cop rolled up the rug again to my door and left it. When I got home I couldn’t get into my apartment. I have a bad back, neck, and knees I almost feel trying to get into my door. The neighbor has a handicapped sign and can’t drive. The neighbor also told the manager that his handicapped sign was crooked the son bitch is cemented in the grown. The manager did a work order for maintenance to fix it. When I had a vehicle with a handicapped tag on it I had to beg for a sign and she refused to give me one. I have one now and don’t have a car anymore. Let me keep going. Everybody in our 48 apartment complex does not have a copy of our lease. I have again begged for mine she to this day refuses to give me one. She makes the tenants sign a blank lease. We have only 3 apartments that are wheelchair accessible. In all 3 of those apartments the manager places people in those apartments that can walk and drive. We only have 1 handicapped ramp in my building does not have one nor the other 2 buildings out here. We do not have washer and dryer hook up. We have a laundry room on the property in which we have to pay. I’m sorry but I’m considered under poverty it takes everything I have to last me from month to month. I have to take my clothes and washing supplies up a hill to the laundry room in which I have to make at least 15 times back and forth when I get from building to building I’m out of breath my back is killing me. I’m on oxygen as well. The manager refuses to make my apartment accessible for my disability. In a lot of these apartments have handicapped parking and the tenant does not have a handicapped tag. These sign where in place from previous tenants that where never taken down there still there today. I applied for the Rental Assistance Program in 2021. I would check the website messages where there for the manager to do her part of sending in paperwork that only she could do. The window was open for only 5 days to turn. I let the manager know what she needed to do and the open window. She would tell me we would get it done on a date way past the 5 days the end result I got denied because of it. Now she is demanding that I pay back over a thousand dollars my rent never got paid. And I struggle I can’t pay my rent now she is wanting to evict me. If the manager needs to let a tenant know something she hand writes it out on a piece of paper and has a resident place them on our front door with painters tape with all our personal information on it I got all over her for that went through one ear out the other just like everything else. The maintenance we have here is considered contracted out. And I like/love her she’s very good very kind however she is family to the manager that lives here rent free she also has a full time job. The manager has a lady that cleans the parking lot that lives here love her to however she is also family of the manager. The people out her loves chaos in everybody’s business sometimes it’s so bad the tenants are ready to kill each other the more bullshit that goes on the better and the manager loves it to. My floors and carpet has been flooded from upstairs neighbors air conditioner and water heater in which every time I walk on the hard floors water comes up. I showed my manager she wrote it down said she would get it fixed never has. When I moved in my apartment in the tub somebody kicked it in so the manager sent maintenance they at that time bonded it back together sanded it back down and sprayed that one side of the tub brown spray paint just on that one side the manager explained to me that she was going to replace the tub I have been here in this apartment for 2 years. I also told her that I needed handicapped where I can get in and out safe and something to pull up on when in the tub so I want fall she want get it fixed. I have to take a shower every day because she refuse to fix it. The manager tells us what our rent will be every month but refuses to give us copy of the lease so we don’t know what the rules are here. So everybody parks wherever she tells us we don’t have assigned parking out here. But visitors must park in visitors parking. We don’t know where visitors parking is because we don’t have up signs nor painted visitors parking. According to the manager visitors are to park at the office and two other places that are not marked for residents nor visitors so in the last week the manager and maintenance are putting red tags on people’s car which says if the vehicle is not moved to visitors parking the vehicle will be towed. For instance there was someone that parked in front of the residence apartment that car was only parked there for two days when the person went to get in there vehicle there was a red sticker on the windshield so that person called the manager asked where did they need to park manager told her in front of laundry room so that person did well guess what they slapped another red tag on same car after that person was told by the manager to park it there well the apartment owner raised HOLY HELL in which I did not blame them. So in return everybody out here got a damn note on the door stating where visitors should park those parking spaces has nothing that says visitor parking. Sir I have filled an complaint with HUD,OMBUDSMAN, FAIR HOUSING AUTHORITY they haven’t done shit they don’t care just there for a pay check. I can’t contact the owner of the property because there all in each others pocket book. The manager here doesn’t care every time a tenant asks her about something she always comes up with an excuse and all of the time the manager says something that does not pertain to the subject matter. She want fix anything because the less she spends on the three properties she manages it increases her Christmas bonus. Pest control only comes 1 every three to six months when they come in they only spray the kitchen out the door they go. We only get our air filters changed the same time pest control comes. Those are to be changed every month I know my son works in Heating and Air. We get treated as because we are on low income we are all stupid to her do you know how that makes a person feel down graded, stupid, idiot, emotional abuse for sure. She has her favorites and her enemies if she doesn’t like you I promise you want get shit from her but if your here favorite you get whatever you want even down to the damn light bulbs how disgusting can she be. She lets certain tenants keep there apartment and live with there boyfriend and not add them to there lease so someone that really needs those apartments. Anything soor did hud or anything neither now i have had anither one for 3 months n still i called everyone when i say water my kitchen is flooded all day long im sucking up water no one has came or did anything township landlord hud health department no one now im getting sick cause black mold is now growing finally a plumber comes the other day n just fixed the pipe but not the mold floor living room carpet walls from cutting the pipe nothing get this yesterday i get a constable with a order of possession i got to the 24th of this month really contacted legal aid lawyers im getting no where please help
