How to Reprogram Ford PCM ECM reflash "Uninstall Install aftermarket tune"

In this video are we using the factory IDS Ford diagnostic j2534 software to read program a PCM. There were concerns with the accelerator pedal and I had found a service bulletin pertaining to the codes I had which required a reflash of the powertrain control module PCM.
In order to do that you do need the factory Ford diagnostic software which is the IDS laptop. Also we had to uninstall an aftermarket tune on the truck I was working on before we could reprogram the updates to the PCM.
I'll be giving you an overview on how to uninstall an aftermarket tune and how to reflash the computer and the transmission control module on most Ford vehicles including Ford F150 and Ford F250s

Thanks for clearing this question up for me . I have a 2013 Raptor 6.2L with Roush S/C. I need the update/recall from Ford regarding sudden downshift at high speed. I will put a custom build back in after. I want multiple tunes to play with.

I have 2000 ford excursion 5.4 v8 with two oxygen sensors I replace catalytic converter two months later I was going uphill I lost power I couldn’t go over 40 my catalytic converter colapsé. No check engine light since I bought the truck . Can you help

WAS TOLD EVEN AFTER YOU INSTALLED YOUR TUNER IF YOU TRY TO EVEN INSTAL THE FACTORY PCM IT WILL STILL THROW A CODE P1400 FOR MODIFICATION OF FACTORY PCM EVEN AFTER PUTTING IT BACK IN WAS TOLD IT WOULD VOID WARRENTY AND THERES NO WAY TO CLEAR THE MODIFICATION P1400 CODE
