Yo, my left earbud has a light in the case but when i take it out the light wont turn on or pair no matter what

My LEFT earbud isn't doing anything at all. It says in the manual that the left one should be pairing, however the right one is doing all the work instead. When I take out the left one, it does nothing at all.

Same problem I had the instructions said leave the buds in and charge the case until they are both fully charged. The case’s indicator will turn green and then factory reset the headphones and you should be good.
