It was raining last night. I was downloading something on my Nintendo switch, and then the WiFi went out and I unplugged 1 cord, the router turned on, and now the light with the work “link” next to it started blinking. I tried to connect with my iPhone and it said incorrect password when it was clearly the correct one. I also tried on my Nintendo switch and it couldn’t connect either so it’s not an iPhone problem like almost all of the internet says it us. Optimum’s troubleshoot site doesn’t open so that’s out of the question, and I don’t know what kind of router it is so I can’t download the manual. I don’t know if my mother has to pay them. When the WiFi doesn’t work I always think it’s something else. Please help me.

I discovered my problem. I was putting a book on top of my router's button that turns off the WiFi!!! I pressed the button and the WiFi immediately came back on. I will not place any more objects on top of my router again!!!!! Duh!!!!
