How to reset an iCSee camera?

1. Find the waterproof silicone plug located beneath the camera.
2. Open the plug and carefully find the reset button inside.
3. Press and hold the reset button until you hear the notification saying, "Restore factory settings, please don't power off."
4. Let the camera go through the resetting process. You'll hear, "System starting up" and "Wait to be configured."
5. Once you hear "Wait to be configured," the reset is complete, and you can start setting up your camera again.

I have a problem with my ICSEE A30 camera. It's connected to the router, i've tried both via cable or wifi, but do not show the image from the camera. It keeps saying "Getting video data timed out. Do you want to try again?" We have already tried it on several different cell phones but the error is the same. How can i solve it? Thanks

Hello! I have one ICSee ip wifi outdoor camera that stopped working. The infrared leds come on at low light but there is no movement, no voice messages, no wifi connection. I tried reseting but no response at all. What could it be the problem and how can I fix it? thanks !
